Returns and Exchanges

You can change the product purchased from our online store within 15 days after receiving it from our stores, or you can send it to the return address specified below.

For return & exchange, it will be sufficient to create a request from the return & exchange section of your member page. You can check the list of stores where you can exchange.

Refunds cannot be made from Ametist Istanbul Stores.

The fee of the returned products will be reflected in your account within 3-10 business days as per bank procedures.

Earring models cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping costs for returns & exchanges belong to the sender.

Return Policy

For a return request to be accepted, the product must be unused. It is not possible to return contaminated or worn products. Return shipping fee belongs to the sender.
