Your orders are prepared within 3-5 working days and sent by Ups or Yurtici cargo. It is securely packaged and shipped in case of damage during shipping.

An estimated arrival time is estimated between 1-2 business days for shipments within Istanbul, and between 2 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul. These times may vary depending on conditions. The cargo company is responsible for the shipments that are not delivered on time.

If there is any crushing, deformation or damage to the product while receiving your cargo package, open the product and check it with the cargo officer. If you see any damage to the product, do not take delivery and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The recorded products will be delivered to Ametist Istanbul by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged by us.
