You can return ready-ordered products within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. The cost of returned products is refunded to the customer in the same way within 3 days. In other words, if you paid in cash, you will be refunded in cash; if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

Our team submits an offer if there is anything that can be done to ensure customer satisfaction before the return process begins. A refund will be made within 3 business days or the product will be shipped to the buyer.

If the return is accepted, the seller bears the shipping cost; if not, the customer bears the shipping cost.
