RETURNS

You can return ready-ordered products within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. The cost of returned products is refunded to the customer in the same way within 3 days. In other words, if you paid in cash, you will be refunded in cash; if you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

The customer states his return request and calls 0212 351 81 48 to discuss the details and states why he wants to return it. Our team submits an offer if there is anything that can be done to ensure customer satisfaction before the return process begins. Otherwise, it records the return request and directs the customer to the next stage.

When the returned products reach our address, our team first checks them to determine the condition of wear. Returns are accepted if the product is unused, not dirty and not worn, that is, if it is in resalable conditions.

Regardless of the evaluation result, the customer is called by phone and informed about the result.

A refund will be made within 3 business days or the product will be shipped to the buyer.

If the return is accepted, the seller bears the shipping cost; if not, the customer bears the shipping cost.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for the return request to be accepted, the product must be unused. This means that it is not possible to return dirty or worn products.

Products that have been used or damaged beyond resale cannot be returned. If the customer tries the product after receiving it and does not accept it, he must return it immediately.
