DELIVERY

The ordered ready-made products are shipped from Istanbul within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product information page. Depending on the delivery address provided by the customer, it is delivered within 3 business days from the moment it is shipped.

If a made-to-measure order is placed or customized changes are requested, the lead time will be longer. In this case, the estimated delivery time should be confirmed before ordering. Within one business day after the order is received, Ametist Istanbul team will contact the customer regarding the dates and confirm the details.

RETURNS

You can return ready-ordered products within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The cost of the returned products will be refunded to the customer in the same way within 3-10 days.

RETURN PROCESS

The customer calls 0212 351 8148 to request a return and to discuss the details, stating why they want to return. If there is something that can be done to ensure customer satisfaction before the return process starts, our team will offer an offer. Otherwise, it records the return request and directs the customer to the next stage. 

The customer sends the product with any cargo company with the buyer's payment.
